By engaging in the purchase or reservation of a unit through American Truck Deals, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement. All sales, reservations, deposits, and services are subject to these terms and conditions.
All deposits made toward the purchase of a unit are 100% fully refundable.
Deposits are intended to temporarily hold and reserve a vehicle until final payment is made.
If the customer decides not to complete the purchase for any reason, the deposit will be returned in full without penalty.
Refunds will be processed promptly to the same method of payment used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment of the agreed purchase price must be completed prior to the release, delivery, or transfer of ownership of the unit.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (ACH or Wire). Other methods may be considered with prior written approval.
Once the balance is paid in full and confirmed, the Bill of Sale and title documents will be issued, and the unit will be removed from active listings.
All units sold by American Truck Deals include a 6-month limited warranty specifically covering the engine and transmission.
The warranty applies only to internal mechanical failures of the engine and transmission.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover external components, wear-and-tear items (such as tires, brakes, filters, fluids), or regular maintenance.
Warranty is valid only when the unit is used properly and maintained in accordance with standard industry practices.
Any claims under warranty must be reported immediately and will require inspection and verification by American Truck Deals or an authorized service provider.
All vehicles are thoroughly inspected before sale and confirmed to be in operational condition.
Maintenance records are updated, and vehicles are delivered with a clean title and free of liens.
Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspection or third-party verification prior to completing the sale.
Delivery and transportation services are available and will be coordinated with the buyer once payment is confirmed.
If the unit is not picked up within 14 calendar days of payment confirmation, storage fees may apply at the rate of $6.00 USD per day.
American Truck Deals is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance of the unit once delivered.
Liability is strictly limited to the conditions stated in the warranty section.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
By proceeding with a deposit or purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
